SUB-MOLOC TRIACIDOPHILUS is a food supplement of complete probiotic ferments, useful for maintaining a normal and healthy intestinal bacterial flora: five strains of probiotic ferments for intestinal well-being. Selected lactic ferments to repopulate the intestinal bacterial flora and rebalance the colon in case of dysbiosis and inflammation. Lactic ferments are living organisms that, when given in adequate amounts, bring a benefit to the health of the body. They strengthen the normal immune defences, counter stomach and intestinal infections and promote intestinal regularity and function. In addition, live ferments prevent the proliferation of harmful bacteria in case of irregular diet and stress, balance the urogenital system and aid digestion and the absorption of nutrients. Lactic ferments are considered one of the best remedies for helping overcome many problems: the most common cause of constipation is intestinal dysbiosis, that is, an alteration of the bacterial flora, and taking lactic ferments, microorganisms able to strengthen and enrich our “good bacteria”, can help.
Lactic ferments are credited with a potential protective effect on the human body, thanks to their protective activity on the intestinal bacterial flora (from which a series of positive consequences for the health of the whole body then follow). Because they are able to resist the action of gastric juice and bile secretion, lactic ferments manage to settle in the intestine: by adhering to the epithelial cells, they prevent the proliferation of pathogenic bacterial strains, giving rise to a healthier and more balanced intestinal flora. The “fortified” intestinal flora, according to several studies, would have beneficial effects on the whole body, thanks to possible positive consequences for the immune system. Lactic ferments would also be able to rebalance the intestinal flora in case of imbalance, as happens, for example, when taking antibiotic drugs. Lactic ferments are also often recommended alongside therapies for the treatment of various disorders of the digestive system. Finally, some studies have shown that the action of lactic ferments on the gut is also beneficial in other conditions, such as inflammatory bowel syndromes and food allergies, as well as in respiratory and urinary tract infections. They also seem to play a role in lowering blood cholesterol levels and in improving the symptoms of food allergies.
